At Plus One Co-Op Housing, we believe finding stable housing should be about more than just checking boxes. Unlike traditional providers with rigid requirements, we adopt a holistic approach to the application process, focusing on the unique needs and circumstances of each potential resident.
Many of our residents come to us through trusted referral sources, such as doctors, nurses, caseworkers, social workers, or even family members of current or past residents. These referrals are invaluable, helping our qualified team gain a clearer understanding of each applicant’s unique background, challenges, and support needs. This personalized approach allows us to make thoughtful, informed housing decisions that prioritize safety, well-being, and long-term stability for everyone.
